I had two babies completely natural, let me tell you, there is NO pain comparable. I didn't swear, but when I had to push I let out a yell or two.

I've given birth to 6 children. Five vaginal, last by c-section and the c-section is NOTHING compared to vaginal births. A c-section is a walk in the park comparitively. The most extreme pain? The last 30 minutes before being told to push. The words aren't printable here. lol.

the worst pain that i suffered was about an hour during full blown labor after they broke my water and we were waiting for the anesthesiologist to get there. my contractions were right on top of each other and i didn't even have time to use the words that i was thinking. the pain is so severe that you can't even talk.

The pushing on my lower abdomen just hours after a ceserean. No one told me that they had to do that to get out the blood clots and to shrink your uterus back down to size. I had this done for about six hours after my daughter was born. Once on the hour, another every thirty mintues, then every fifteen mintues until most of the blood had been eliminated. I hope that I didn't just scare the crap out of you, because yes, it's the most pain I have ever experienced and I have had hierniated discs and scoliosis!

The most extremely pain that I felt was the tightening when I had contractions. I know it didn't help when I cursed about 50 percent of those contractions, but I couldn't help it because the pain was extreme.

The pain after the c section was the worst. But they gave me a lot pain meds though and it got better. I could handle the contactions ok, but you will have to get advice from someone else for vaginal deliveries.

I honestly didn't think that Childbirth was that bad. And yes I had mine "natural". I think that your pain tolerance has a lot to do with it.

Passing the shoulders.
It was both the worst pain imaginable and unimaginably SHORT! (As in over almost before I felt it.)
And the "words" I used were, "Is he OK?" ~leaning forward to try to see him~
Like I said -- over as soon as I felt it. =D
