its not cosmoplitian virtual make over. its something differnt.
it softens the male features and then lets you do hairstyles and make up

no but id like to know myself, i have a friend that is just beginning transition and it might make her feel better knowing how she would look if she were softer.

Photoshop works great. Takes some skill, but works works like a charm.
