i just got a coin sorter that sorts the coins in the individual rolls for each denomination. but how do i know it is full? like how do i know there are exactly 50cents in a roll of pennines. do i actually have to count

First you would have to count the coins in the roll. Once you have the correct number of coins in the roll, weigh it. Every roll of that coin will weigh the same. That way you only have to count out 50 pennies once to always get the right number in the roll.

YOU have to count,

The bank has a scale, and the data for how much each roll should weigh with the proper number of coins in it.

put 51 pennies in roll and take one out
