The 1903 Indian head cent had a mintage of 85,094,493. It is not very scarce. It is worth from $1 in grade good to about $6 in grade extra fine. As for the 1976 quarter Philadelphia mintage 809,784,016 and Denver mintage 860,118,839 for circulation strikes, only the nickel clad proof and the special silver clad coins have any value. These coins were sold in special sets and have S mint marks on them. You will not likely find them in circulation. The mintage's for the 1945 half dollars was very high and they command a premium only in mint state grades. In low grades they are worth 7-8X face value for their silver content. In extra find dealer bid is around $6.
