I recently got into cooking with curry and cumin and the brain has been whizzing ever since.
You have to warm the curry powder & cumin in oil or butter then add to dish . . .
shrimp, peas and pineapple or
pork chops and sauteed apples or
pumpkin and milk soup
I think the longer the soup simmers the more stuff is released from the curry & cumin. Good Luck

I would not say take any more breaks. Looks like you've had a long one already! The thing to do when conquering writer's block is find the source. How did it come about in the first place?
I'm supposing you're stuck. This is because you have an idea where you're going, but not entirely. you don't have an EXACT path you are planning to take. What you need is a map. An outline.
Yup! Most people, new writers in particular, begin writing with a raw idea. They choose to formulate their ideas while they go along. And what happens when no ideas come? Writer's block.
So begin with your characters. Know them by heart. Where were they born, color hair, color eyes, ethnicity, their dreams, their fears, etc. That's just the surface. Your characters must seem like real people with real challenges to overcome. Only then is it interesting.
So where is this character going? Why? How? With who? For? Yeah. Continue on like this. Write raw ideas in a little notepad or somewhere. Later you can make a series of events, chapter by chapter list. You have to know every speck of detail. Once you complete your outline, you should have NO trouble! And make sure you stick with it. Veering off course can leave you lost. If you want to change your story, don't start until the outline is complete again.
And don't give up!!! It's SO important to never give up! good luck!

Write down a number of innovations and take them as far as you could. do not pass directly to a distinctive area of the e book until you have this area written. pass do the laundry or another mundane interest. often times going back to the elementary issues in existence will help your muse awaken and get to it. no rely what else you write that day, write some thing on the area that's blocking off you. All of those are issues you're able to do to recover from the block. whether, i'm unlikely to grant you innovations to apply. a very good author on no account is going on line to invite strangers for help in factors of plot, identify, character call, or the different innovations having to do with their tale. I haven't any purpose of giving you help with this area of your plot, yet getting over the author's block i will help with.

Anne Lamont in "Bird by Bird" has some good suggestions:
Write about what is directly in front of you. Describe your desk, describe what you see.
Write about one tiny thing, and write a paragraph about it. She writes about how her dad made her lunch sandwiches in school, and why dads always seem to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with weird jams, like raspberry. Pick some small memory like that and write about it.
Pretend you're someone else, and write from his/her point of view.
