Unfortunately false contractions can be a major pain in the rear. The safest beat is for you to go to the er and be monitored, those false contractions could turn into real labor at anytime. I was three centimeters dilated for three weeks, but went from 3 to 9 in less then forty-five minutes. I spent at least two days a week being monitored in maternity due to false contractions. Good Luck...Your well on your way. Remember not all woman lose there mucus plug, and not all woman's water breaks....so don't wait for those things, they may not happen.

Sometimes it is hard to tell. I have had 3 kids and I always wait until at least after my water breaks. Make sure you do a lot of walking, I know you probable dont feel like it but it will make things go by faster and easier. If you dont live far from the hospital I would try to wait untill you cant take it anymore to go in. I hate being in the hospital!!! Good luck

Just puzzling over wherein you determined that know-how. I have three kids and they all I went into hard work for the duration of the day. Maybe, it's given that females are secure at night time and the child has a threat to make their manner down into the beginning canal.

Is it near your due date? How often are the contractions? Get the info and call the hospital. They will tell you to come in or not!

Your body might be getting ready for the big day. You just got to relax. When you get your first real contaction believe me you will now.
