my girl left me 6 months ago. we still remain friends. she is now with a good mate of mine im happy with that. she has moved on but why does she still contact me frequently,help me out with stuff,etc.she is always at my beckon call. does she just value my friendship???can someone move on but still be friends???

Yes...someone can...she's your close friends and friend that she can rely on...and she values it....and you should to....its not easy to find people taht care about...your really lucky.

It's possible. My parents are that way, actually. He even set her up with her current bf, with whom she is deleriously happy. It's a good thing; hold on to it. When she hits rough waters, expect to be used as a sounding board for ideas, things about new love interests, plans for the future...etc. Enjoy it, it's probably going to last the rest of your lives.

people can move on and still be friends its not that rare me and my ex dated for three years and then it ended, but we are still really good friends anytime he needs me or i need him we are there for each other don't get freaked out by just embrace it.
