Go to Central Booking at 111 Centre Street on any night of the week - the "bullpen" is full of pathetic young felons and wannabe tough guys.
You can also go out to Rikers Island, and go to either the Robert N. Davoren Complex (RNDC) or the Eric M. Taylor Center (EMTC).
That's where they put all the little wannabe tough guys - until they get raped by the REAL tough guys, and then they can be found at either the North Infirmary Command (NIC) or the West Facility (WF) - the infectious diseases unit.
