That's tough to answer. I love both but if I had to choose it would be the couch cause I could always use it as a bed too!

I sleep in the bed during the week and usually crash on the couch on the weekends.

Both are comfortable and relaxing, but I chose my bed because it is big, comfy, and my room is nice.
