I'm packing and moving. Never done that at Christmas before. I'm hoping to avoid actually putting lights on my house as I don't want to have to take them down. Usually I make an effort. I'm contemplating not getting a tree, but I think I would be a true renegade, and one that is not invited to family parties anymore if I did that.

will be doing something different this year as I retired and have moved out of town so will have to come up with new ways to celebrate Christmas without family or friends.
