An "atom" is the smallest unit of any element (like hydrogen or oxygen) that you can have and it will still be that element. They are generally made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
As for snow and rain. Have you ever seen water evaporate, out of a pan or a puddle or whatever? Imagine that on a bigger scale, like over an ocean. The water turns into a gas (often called "water vapor") and is carried over wind currents. A lot of water vapor can collect to form clouds. If conditions are right, the water vapor will return to its liquid state and rain, or freeze into crystal structures-snowflakes-and snow.

huh?I don't get your question.But an atom is in every element in the periodic table which has the particles nuetrons,electrons,and protons.Protons carry a single positive energy and the electrons carry a negative energy while orbiting around the nucleus of the atom where the proton and the neutron is.
