Forest Lawn in Southern California is very popular. And there are now places called columbariums where you can be interred indoors in a small amount of space. It's always nice if you can be buried somewhere convenient for loved ones to visit. Whatever you do don't have yourself buried in a floody place like New Orleans. Those cemeteries have no end of problems with coffins washing away.

I think my favorite method would be freeze dried which speeds up composting as it avoids ther really smelly parts of decomposition and you will be pretty quickly high quality compost which can be used to fertilize your favorite plant.
