Not only can we not smoke in Ohio(in plubic places)we can not gamble!No wonder Ohio is loseing money and people (what is the lotery if not gambaling?Sorry for the spelling but Mad!!!!

Apparently your state lawmakers are trying to look out for the common good. Smoking bans in public are becoming more popular in many states, and I completely agree with this. If you want to smoke, then please do so in the privacy of your own home or in designated places. There is no need for the rest of us to have to breathe in your poisonous 2nd hand smoke, which has been proven to be just as deadly as the cigarette itself.

Although, I do support one's stupidity ... I do not support allowing their stupidity to inflict unwanted conditions on others.

Well, they voted in the White Democrat for governor too, so don't expect them to get any better soon. I don't smoke, but I am opposed to smoking bans on principle.
