I thought cigarettes killed more brain cells since it has a higher carbon monoxide output. THC does not kill braincells. Look it up.

It is because the US Federal Government has had a dedicated campaign of lying about drugs since at least 1930. Harry Anslinger, head of the Federal Bureau of Narcotcs, knew that the marijuana laws were unenforceable and figured that the only way to approach it was to have a stupendous Reefer Madness campaign.
His US Official Expert on marijuana testified in court, under oath, that marijuana could make your incisors grow six inches long and drip with blood. He said that, when he took it, it turned him into a bat.
Some people still believe that stuff.

Well last time i checked, the last 20 years of anti-drug adds haven.t said "it can cause slow metabolism of lung cells". Its IT'LL BURN YOUR BRAIN CELLS AND LEAVE YOU BRAINLESS. Its propaganda, check out the documentary Grass, gives a great detail on the war on marijuana throughout history.

Sights that are pro-marijuana don't put the actual health problems and the anti-marijuana people don't put the benefits.

No, but it DOES slow down the cellular metabolism of pulmonary (lung) cells... look it up: pulmonary + marijuana.
