My travel agents told me about the zoo, and I've looked into the aquarium, which both look really good, but I don't want to waste any time, and the zoo and the aquarium won't take up 3 whole days!

there are plenty of things to do
Shopping: you can go to orchard road, bugis or the newly opened Vivocity
Sight seeing: you can go Sentosa, Zoo, Esplande where the merlion is

if you like nature, you can go Bukit Timah Hill, or take a ferry and go to Pulau Ubin and enjoy the scenery there

hope you have fun, cheers

Go to Orchard Rd. and shop. Plenty of shops to visit and buy stuff from. Go to a nightclub and party.
Also, go to Sentosa. A visit to the beach never hurt, though I doubt you'll see much people there. But you could visit the Underwater World, Fort Siloso, Butterfly Park, or Insect Kingdom.
Another thing that's great in Singapore. Food. Go eat some chicken rice, roti prata, nasi lemak, or whatever you feel like eating.
And while doing all that, you could fit in a visit to the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. And if you like games, go to a shopping center and go to the arcade. Plenty of arcades. Woodlands Shopping Mall has a huge arcade. I wonder if they still have House of the Dead 4...

Here you go! A pretty much basic idea of what you can do in Singapore for 3 days.

But what I'd do, would be visit my old primary school, go to Sentosa, and eat. Maybe go shop and visit an arcade, play some video games.

when u say aquarium i assume u mean the underwater world. that's in sentosa which is an island filled with fun activities. exploring the island will take u at least a day. that's 1 day gone. the singapore zoo is very big with a few different animal shows and that'll take up at least half a day. and u still havent visited our cultural sites such as chinatown and little india, shopper's paradise orchard road, cruise down the singapore river, outdoors fun (cycling, rollerblading, canoeing) in east coast park, indoors fun in science center...and we havent even started on all the unique food u have to try here. have a fun-filled 3 days! =)

Check out Sentosa Island, the zoo is interesting but try the night zoo. Julong Bird park is another option or take a day trip to Indonesia.

Eat alfresco by the Singapore River at Boat Quay, go for a stroll along the night market for unbelievable bargains. End the evening having cocktails at the famous Raffles Hotel.

Journey down memory lane to Colonial Singapore. Visit the Singapore History Museum, then on to Raffles Hotel for afternoon tea. After tea, board a riverboat cruise for a glimpse of yesteryear before disembarking at Clarke Quay, a riverside festival village. Explore the area before returning to your hotel at leisure.

Serious shopping.

A visit to Sentosa Island.

Been there loads of times. My advice is:
Botanical Gardens, Jurong Bird Park, Sentosa by cable car, Raffles long bar,Battle Box, Bukit Timah. Also Orcahrd Road.
And you've got to go and get a decent Chicken Rice and maybe visit the East Coast Seafood Centre.
Have a great time...you'll love it, really you will!!!

Forget Singapore, you can do that in a day and most of that is shopping. A lot of the areas there are modern with not much history. Hop on a bus and get into Malaysia, the trip itself is an experience. Malaysia is about 2 hours away and it's even cheaper. The people are nicer, the food more delicious and it's a bigger place with more things to see. Everyone speaks English so it'll be so easy to get about on your own. I hope you have a good time, you might even want to stay longer.

Sentosa Island with its attractions and Mt Faber will take up a day for you. Ming Village pottery centre is great for the daytime and you can do twilight dinner cruises in the evening. Jurong bird park is also a great place to spend a day. Other interesting activities are visiting temples and mosques and shopping. Enjoy yourself.
