Sorry to rain on ur parade, but pet urine is not going to come out. I just resurfaced 750 sqft, with on 4x4 section I was sure would come out. It didn't, I had to replace the floor boards. When I cut a cross section of the stain, it had penetrated halfway through a 3/4 board. Before this I tried everything. I even spoon shaped the floor from too much sanding, creating more sanding after I replaced the boards. Get ur Bob the Builder pants on and pull the boards. The library has videos on how the patch hardwood. It's always worth it.

Sand, sand, sand, and sand until you are down below the urine. Then refinish the floor with varnish, or polyurethane, or whatever is on your floor.
