Do you mean parental custody or physical. Parental custody is the decision making for the child i.e. where they will live, schools, etc. Physical custody is where the child will spend their time. Two different things. Parental custody would not affect child support payments. Physical custody at 100% would definitely increase support payments, assuming that you do not already have 100% physical custody.

Yes, you can. The only way you would lose your child support is the other parent signs away terminating all rights and your current spouse adopts.

Yes. Her father is not paying for the priviledge of seeing her, he is paying for her support. I don't think anything besides him signing away his parental rights and someone else adopting your child will get him off the hook.
