best when they are talking to just look at their nose or mouth, so you DO NOT FEEL INTIMIDATED??? IF I LOOK IN THEIR EYES...all of a sudden i am speechless?..what is best to do??? help!!!i am the shy quiet type, except with my friends...

If they are busy bodies great to be speachless they dont need to know your business But for shyness just think about what you would like to say in the simplest way and just say that. look at there ears is my technique it ia at the same height as there eyes and they think you are looking at them makes me laugh inside when I do it.

It's very very cool to be very selective when choosing your friends. Most social situations are loud, and meaningless. You merely want calmer, more meaningful situations in your life. There's nothing wrong with that!! There's an art in weeding out the ones you prefer not to be around, so you don't come off as snobby or mean... People and social situations are exhausting! There's a certain "mob mentality" that I hate... times in my life that I wanted to be social, wanted excitement, are the times I was usually led into something I now look back on and despise. It's better to make your own rules. I think a person is more productive when taking the "social time' and making it "useful time"!!

GET OVER YOUR SHYNESS THEY ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU AND I ,IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF YOU. JUST BE YOUR SELF AND LOOK THEM IN THE EYE WHEN TALKING TO THEM IF YOU LOOK AT THERE MOUTH OR NOSE THEY WILL THINK THAT YOU ARE A WEIRDO. GOOD LUCK !!
