My husband and I live in an apartment building. We happen to have the bottom apartment. Well, our upstairs neighbor has been having loud sex for the past week, late at night waking me up from my sleep. It's not so much that she's being loud, but her bed squeaks LOUDLY and UNEVENLY, and sometimes I can hear the headboard banging agaisnt the wall, so I know the other neighbors hear her too. I'm not intentionally trying to hear, but it's impossible to ignore such an annoying noise. What should I do?

It's Christmas time. Wrap up some WD-40 and leave it at her door. :)

Knock on the door during the night while she's bangin her hubby..
and then when she answers be like I just wanted to make sure u all were okay I have been hearing strange noises LOL it'll embarass the hell outta her! So, maybe they'll keep it down or move to the couch haha

i think of of i'm arranged approximately winning the lottery becasue I stay unsleeping at nighttime and plan what i pass to do with money i don't even have. Its not even relaxing stuff... its like making plans to get an IRA and how a lot activity i pass to recieve if I placed money into I severe yield savings account. ~BLECH!!~ If i pass to lose sleep i could as right think of of of a few thing sturdy or sensible!

Either leave her an anonymous request to secure her headboard and oil her bed, or leave a complaint to the owners. Or leave an anonymous request, and if she doesn't comply, make a complaint. That's what I would do....

Get a tape recorder, record them and leave it at their door with a note saying: "Glad you're enjoying yourselves, but we need some sleep."
They'll get a laugh, a message and maybe a wee embarassed, but so what!

personally i would leave a short simple but to the point note.... like we hear you at night:/ could u please keep it down....something like that..... dont sign ur name.
