why everyone is behaving the way they are? I know it's the silly season, but all these personal insults and hurling of abuse toward one another is unecessary and far too personal !!!

I agree. The worst part is most of the insults are mean spirited and not particularly clever.

There's never been a time on here when people weren't insulting anybody but you're right, in the past few weeks, there have been nothing but insults flying back and forth.
What's more, the insults have become personal, not just restricted to the team or country a person supports.
I think the reason may be that people have become bored of this category and not enough questions are posted here anymore so they may feel the need to spice things up by starting personal feuds.

I have absolutely no idea. I don't want to associate with such people like Azzuri man and his many identities. Now zidane the jizzou(yet another identity of Azzuri man) is calling me lesbian.
Wow, that's a really nice thing to do to a 13 yr old, don't you think?
If this doesn't stop I'm afraid that I will have to say goodbye.

These types of things will happen. There will never be true rest here. It's best to ignore because "man's ignorance is infinite". We might as well ignore or better yet leave because it's just....very ignorant. We just CANNOT do anything about it. we must use the best of our current resources to try to put down there "comments".

I agree it is getting too personal
especially since there are younger users on here that are about 12 to 16
their life is hard enough with out people being mean to them
