Its not the altenator or battery.

how do you know it's not the alternator ? this sounds a bit like an overcharging situation given the info. provided

Why exactly do you haev to unhook the battery?

Which light Bulbs are blowing, there are several in yoru car?

When exactly are the Bulbs blowing?

Are they just not comming on or is the buld really bad and yoru replacing them?
