For the GBA, check out:

The second is just the 'girl' version of Mineral Town (i.e. it lets you play with a girl as your main character); otherwise they're the same - lots of stuff to do in both.

For the DS, there's the new Harvest Moon DS that's out - it's pretty neat. A lot of the characters from Mineral Town and also from A Wonderful Life (the Gamecube Harvest Moon) make an appearance, and there's new stuff too. Plus with the touch screen you get to actually 'brush' your animals, milk your cows, shear the sheep, etc.
