i dont have have enough money to pay for the 1st months rent and the deposit fee, is it possible to just pay the deposit fee and the months rent later?

well i do have enough money its just that i'm going to be COMPLETELY broke. i saved up, but i didnt know that the 1st months rent AND the deposit fee was needed in the beginning. i thought it was just the deposit fee.

If you are not moving into this apartment for a couple of months I'm sure you could make the arrangement with the owner. Landlords like honesty.

Ask the landlord if you can pay the deposit fee over two or three months. The rent should always be paid on time. Ask if there is a discount if it is paid on time and use the difference to add to the deposit you owe.

Doubtful, since it shows clearly that you don't have much cash saved up.

Only way to know is to ask your landlord
