can anyone tell me where is the action bar on this yahoo answers?

i am just asking this bcoz wen the yahoo answers asked me to extend the deadline of this question,pls consider this .

The action bar is the series of little icons under the "Answer this question" panel where an asked question appears. If you hold the cursor arrow over each of them, you will see what function each performs.

whether that's a question you have asked, there is an edit selection on the backside of the question window for extending the question's expiration in the previous it is going to vote. as quickly as a question is going to vote, you could now not edit.
