It sounds like you have "test anxiety", a very common thing, and the symptoms you describe are also consistent with that. Get some tutoring or even counseling SPECIFIC for testing (check w/your school's health dept)., for ways to deal with this.
You can also learn methods to deal with stress, such as deep breathing, stress, progressive relaxation and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I always thought of test as FUN (Yes, it sounds nuts!) ways of seeing how much I knew. If I was really anxious (esp. in math and science) I'd go the teacher BEFORE the test and see if I could do extra work to make up the test grade or take it over.

Go for a run. go workout get you mind off those exam for a short while. exercise will make you sleep better and help with the stress you are experiencing

obviously you are experiencing a panic/anxiety disorder. I control mine with relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and using a mantra...mine happens to be "this too shall pass."

you might have anixety attacks...you can go get that checked out but im not sure by who though talk to your doctor theyll point you in the right way
