Been contracting for 4 days nothing pushing the baby into birth canal ( i know walking and sex, i've been doing both.)

4cm dialated and fully effaced "bloody show" appered 4 days ago and still there.

Nipple stimulation and stairs. Not just walking. Climbing and descending stairs.

You sound like you are doing everything that you can do. I know you are ready for your baby to be here but I will give you slight hint of advice don't try to push. I know some women that think if they squat and try to push then this will speed thing up. I know a girl that did this and ended up have a c-section because the baby wasn't ready and she did nothing but make her cervix swell up and the baby couldn't pass through. Try going for a bumpy car ride, don't know if this helps or not but some women swear by it. I hope you the best of luck and I hope you will have your baby soon. Best of Wishes.

i dont think that your having really contractions i think your having braxin hick
