i am not sure, but the irony of including it on illegally copied movies is hilarious!

*Everything* on the DVD is copyrighted, none of it is allowed to be reproduced without the express written consent of the copyright owner. That includes the warnings.

The question should be why would you want to reproduced it.. But it would have a little copyright make at the bottom if it couldn't be reproduced.
