Pap smears have nothing to do with pregnancies. They are testings you take to determine if you have cancer.
Try a pregnancy test

Nope, I thought the same thing. I didn't want to ask for a pregnancy test so I went for my pap smear and nothing, I though I was scotch free. Then I took the test and up came those darn lines. My baby is now 9 and I love him to death

A doctor cannot tell by doing a Pap smear or just looking at the cervix if you are pregnant or not. Only a pregnancy test can tell you if you are pregnant or not. By the time the cervix is "blue" you are well into the pregnancy and it was diagnosed with other means.

No. But if you are going in for a pap, then they will take a urine sample anyway to check for pregnancy.

No paps tell you if your cervix os ok. An exam if your further along may.
