Tell him that the mirrors in the washrooms are inadequate.
When he asks you WHY? you can tell him that he hasn't zipped up his fly. Thus you have INDIRECTLY alerted him to his faux pas
and taken the embarrassment out of the situation.

If you're female, alert just one male worker who is close to him. Then he can tell your boss in private. If you're a female, you don't want to get into any kind of sexual harrassment that you stare at his crotch.
