A lot of people don't notice that the main part of movie (the island) has no music at all, which is very odd. I think this is why a lot of people call it "boring". I say any movie that can keep a great interest like that movie without music or stupid plotlines deserves credit.

It's weird how we feel his loss when he loses a simple volleyball. That also shows what a good movie it was!

I think it was a great film that is still highly under-rated. The shock of being stranded alone for so long and not losing his mind was amazing in and of itself, I too was very upset when he lost the only thing/friend that had helped him hang onto his sanity, Wilson.

welps..i say a number of ur options look to old to be taking part in the areas of Bella, Carisle, Emmet, and Jasper...And Rosalie is meant to be eye-catching so i does not say Rosamund Pike is an exceedingly stable decision.. Shane west is okay i think and that i like Jennifer Garner taking part in Esme looks interseting... yet that's my decision.. Bella- Alexis Bledel Edward- Hayden Christensen Emmet- no clue Rosalie- no clue Alice-Rachel Leigh prepare dinner Jasper- Trent Ford Jacob- Steven Strait Carisle- no clue Esme- no clue

It was great. I wasn't as big a fan of Tom Hanks as some people, but seeing him carry a film by himself for 2 hrs. changhed my mind.

It was a really long movie but Tom Hanks looked really good in it, he gained and lost weight really fast for that role.
