These are the only lyrics I have to that song...
I just listened to it again and I have a really crappy version, but I know what you mean, after he says "Were not savages until we do it again.." there's a mess of something there that I can't understand. Sorry I couldn't help you more! Heres the lyrics I found:

Umm, I have listened to all the My Chemical Romance songs, and have never heard of that song, Sister to sleep, they have a song called Sleep. Umm, send me the lyrics and I will try to clarify this for you. i heart my chemical romance.

Umm...hunny My Chemial Romance doesn't have anysongs called "sister to sleep" They have a song called sleep though...are you sure the lyrics your looking at are my chemical romance or maybe its not the title or something

i really dont think you have the right band. i am obsessed with MCR and have every album and heard every song, and i have never even heard of that song. maybe you got the bands confused?
