Probably a dumb question?

This is probably a dumb question for this forum but here goes.....

I've been playing Madden NFL Football. I'm wondering if anyone knows what defensive situations and types of defense you should use Bump and Run coverage. I know it can be used on cover1 defense and I think blitzing. Are there any others?
