Dont trust the Carolina defense. The Seahawks did well last week but dont expect that sort of performance regularly. I would go with Seattle, but try to pick up a defense with a favorable matchup on the waiver wire if possible.

Carolina.

Over the last four weeks, the Giants have been scoring 19 points per game, while giving up an average of one sack, 1.8 INTs and 0.5 fumbles during that time. And Carolina has a very good pass rush: an average of three sacks per game over the last four games.

The Cards are improving & are a better team than the one Seattle beat 21-10 earlier this season.

Seattle. The Cardinals offense is terrible. Matt Leinart is going to get man handled. I would go with Seattle.
