I think it's real good for your general concentration and relaxation
unless you're juggling chainsaws . Plus, you can always be a sreet performer and make some spare change..

besides the obvious stated by others you will never get bored because you can play with balls in public without being labelled a pervert. You are strengthening your brain and your concentration.
