I would love to know what you all like for movies and why. I am a big horror fan. I have always liked being scared to keep my eyes open.

I'm a big horror fan too, from the early silent horrors from Germany, through British and American classics to the brilliant stuff now coming from Japan and Korea. My favorite film ever is Apocalypse now ("The horror, the horror"!)

I'm partial to those 'me against the world movies' like Payback (Mel Gibson), The Last Samurai (Tom Cruise), The Negotiator (Samuel L. Jackson), John Q (Denzel), but my favorite would have to be Gladiator (Russell Crowe).

I like comedies and action / adventure movies. But my all time favorite movies are Grease & Pretty in Pink, I've always liked 80's movies.

My all-time fav is "It's A Wondeful Life" but my fav horro flick is "Saw". I love the mentally scary flicks. I've always found the "boo! factor" movies like Friday the 13th stupid and annoying.

The best movie ever is Carlito's Way, watch it and you'll get everything you want out of it, action, suspense, excellent storyline, brilliant cast. Entertainment from start to finish, I promise you'll watch it again and again

"Sixth Sense"
This had it all to me, a great script, a great plot, a twist, good acting and a creepy atmosphere helped by the locations! I really felt bad for Haley's character because his acting is so good! Anyone who tells you they knew the ending is lying!
