As Of Now, No..

Club Penguin Requires A Lot Of Memory And Constantly Needs To Send And Recieve Info. Basically, It's A Little To Complicated For The PSP..
And No, Even If You Have A Big Memory Stick, It Will Not Work Since The Web Browser Uses The PSP's Little Temporary Memory..

lets put it this way if u hav a very special psp that they dont make then yes but if not then no srry
