Harry Dresden's Age?

How old or when is the birthdate of Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files?

I don't recall it ever being stated explicitly, however, I was under the impression that he is in his mid to late twenties, based partly on the fact that Kim in "Fool Moon" says he isn't that much older than her. He might be over 30, but I can't see much older than that.
