what happened to a paper, pen, and a phone book? why do you need software??

You can google family reunion and get some ideas. Or got Betty Crocker.com and get some ideas as well. Or family reunion.com. But I can up with better ideas just by asking other people who has had reunions. Good Luck!

It's called a yellow paper pad and a pen, you can also use microsoft word, excel, a CAD program to design the layout... and SIMS to simulate the event and see different possibilities of outcomes.

HUH??? Why software???
Why not use a pen and paper, to write peoples names and make a list of things needed...
And use the telephone to contact them...
