The Balfour Declaration at the end of the first world war, enacted in England, stated that a homeland for the Jews should be created and Palestine was the ideal location.
Not until the end of the Second World War did the NATO allies go ahead and create the Isreali state, about 35 years after agreeing in principle.
In case no one remembers, the middle east was liberated from German control and redivided by European Nations. Anywho, Eisenhower and Churchill moved ahead and got the ball rolling.
All Arab nations strongly oppossed the creation of a Jewish State and openly denounced it and promised violence.
Never the less, it was instated and there has been constant conflict ever since.
Is it the fault of the Jews? No. Its everyones fault who demonstrates intolerance and strives to hurt their neighbour regardless of religious followings.

No, they are not the real cause of the world's problems. To be honest, it is nationalism and religion. Many wars have started over nationalism, and the Arabs hate Israel mostly because of their taking over of Palestine. We got along eith each other before that, and some Arab nations helped us in WWII. After that, all went downhill, with the creation of Israel. It was not Israel's fault they cause many wars, as everyone wants to kill them just because they became a country. Religion is the only other reason. I hate to say it, but it is. People have been battling over religion forever, adn religious groups are always claiming they are persecuted and treated unfairly.

Of course not.
If you really want to get to the core group at fault, I would say it was the UNs fault when they first created Israel. They should have never given Jerusalem to one specific group.
