you will need to get sensors or move them onto the new wheels. im sure you can get facotry bmw wheels that you like or find someone to trade you. if you get a bigger rim just make sure you a lower ratio tire to keep it within factory specs.
if something does happen; brakes, suspensions etc. they will have to prove that your parts are the cause of the malfunction before they can refuse serveice.

It depends on the rims that you install. Today's vehicles are using the rims as a 'heat sink' to dissipate the heat generated by the brakes. I had a BMW into my shop with a brake pulsation problem that other shops couldn't get rid of. They had replaced brake pads and rotors 3 different times only to have the pulsation return after a few weeks of driving. The rims he had installed had only 3 thin spokes. Once we went back to the original metal rims the brake pulsation problems stopped.
I would suggest having the dealer you bought this vehicle from source and install the rims, that way if there is an issue you'll still be covered.

Check with the dealer on some cars you have to have the same size rims and tires on others the dealer can reset the sensor for different size rims. Good luck.

no aftermarket parts such as wheels do not void the warranty.but i would waitsix months to get new ones so you can break in the car and put the wear on the factory rims and tires

Ask your BMW client advisor. They can outfit your 335i with a TON of BMW factory rims that will suit you. Of course, you will probably pay $2,000 or so, but BMW makes all sorts of rim for their models. You will have to ask your client advisor as he will probably have to order them for you. Good luck!

No matter what aftermarket product you buy, it can void your warranty, since it is up to the dealer's and manufacturer's discretion. Aftermarket rims are unlikely to void a warranty, but it is always better to check.
That all said, aftermarket parts are NOT SUPPOSED to void your warranty, but if they interact detrimentally with your factory parts, the dealer may void your warranty.
