There are actually two films in which 007 gets hitched...
They are 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' and 'You Only Live Twice'
HOWEVER it is ONLY in the first one 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' where he does it for love, in "You only Live twice he is only getting married as part of his cover...

On Her Majesty's Secret Service. His bride gets killed and he has a breakdown. George Lazenby was the person who had that unfortunate role - unfortunate because it didn't fit the James Bond "mold", so it was not popular.
There is another JB movie where he gets married, but it is strictly a front for a spy operation - "Thunderball" I think.
