On Pokemon Crystal, my 14 boxes are almost full, how do Iget rid of extra pokemon?

go on the pc
open a box
select a pokemon
on his options
select the set free optoin
and he wont be your pokemon anymore

get rid of them all and get a snorlax cuz he owns
