I would surround myself with highly trained walrus body guards, and wear a George Clooney mask. It may be an urban myth, but I've heard that manatees are way into Ocean's Eleven.

Well, since I find manatees rather cute, actually, I think I'd go with the flow. I never aspired to rule anything, anyway. Being a cat, I'm too busy sleeping to worry about ruling the world!

i for one welcome our new manatee overlords, and as trusted community broadcaster, i could be very useful in helping our lord manatees to round up, healthy humans for their underground sugar cave labor camps of death.....

swim with them and have a salad, same as i used to do every day! i lived in melbourne florida for 16 years.

It seems that their only natural predator is a speed boat, so if they got rowdy, I'd buy one.
But they seem cool, so that plan may go unfulfilled . . .
