Not likely to get pregnant. You would be MOST fertile starting on Day 11 or so. But is it possible? Maybe.

Best bet - if you don't want to risk a pregnancy, protect yourself on ALL days of your cycle.

There is a chance that you can get pregnant anytime - but right after your period ends is not likely. The day after your period ends is day 6 or 7 of your cycle. Some resources quote that sperm can live up to 5-7 days inside a woman's body. An egg is released between days 12-16. The egg lives 12-24 hours, so if sperm is present when the egg is released -- you can get pregnant. To be safe, always use a condom or other birth control!

Is it possible? If you're sexually active, yes.

Is it probable? Not probable, as it is not likely that you ovulate that early in your cycle -- I am assuming you don't bleed for an unusually long period of time.

Take this hypothetical. You have a 28 day cycle that includes 6 days of bleeding, and you usually ovulate on day 11.* On day 7 -- one day after your period ends -- you have intercourse. The sperm can survive from day 7 until day 11, so yes, you could become pregnant.

* the "myth" that women ovulate on day 14 is just that, or might as well be, as it's based on a textbook scenario that doesn't describe most women. I'm not saying you do ovulate on day 11, but there are certainly women who do.

Probably not although not impossible.. That is how long my cycles were and I always ovulated on the 14th day. Could depend on how many days your period lasts . If your periods are only 5 days, then its less likely because you would still have 9 days left until you ovulate and sperm can live an average of up to 3 to 5 day.

Not likely, usually it's 14 days after the first day of your last period. But there's still a chance. Use ovulation tools to help you figure out when you're most fertile.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.
