What are they saying? That they are cheap or that they go commando in their kilts? I think both are true!

Most of them do. Think about it, these are grown men wearing skirts in a old climate with no undergarments. There manhood has to be affected every time they go out in the cold. They drink ale to act as antifreeze, which affects their brains just like antifreeze. Their condition is really quite logical.

Be more specific. What way? One of my best friends is Scottish. I wore shoe mirrors to the Scottish games. They have a sense of humor.

I know a few, they all act human to me, besides, watching breezes hike up the kilts can be quite amusing
