My son's Millsberry account is empty! He still has all his money in his bank account, his trophies, and his yellow belt, but all his clothing, furniture, pets, items collected and purchased, food, items in basement, decorations/wallpaper, etc etc etc are gone. Even the standard clothing that comes with every account is gone. He hasn't logged in for about 4 weeks and he had a pet letter. Do you think there was a problem when they came to take the pet and they cleared out his entire house? Have you ever heard of this happening before? Any ideas how to fix it? I don't think the account was hacked since he still has millsbucks but he's pretty bummed that he lost all the halloween costumes he bought and all the treasure & keys he'd found digging.

Cute, once in 4 wks is too much time online, huh? Guess what, soccer coach, there's a foot of snow and deadly windchill. The kid's active, healthy & well adjusted (and a mean goalie to boot); a little brain candy causes no harm. Thumbs down on that answer!

I'm very sorry to hear that your son's items are missing. I would first and foremost suggest that you change the password on the account just in case it was a hacker that might return later for the other items.

As of late there has been a rash of things disappearing from Millsberry homes but this is the first report I've had of things disappearing from a closet. I would suggest that you contact General Mills to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

There are two ways you can contact Millsberry. If you look at number VIII in the town hall announcements there is an e-mail address listed for contacting Millsberry.
The item reads as follows:
"VIII. Contact Us

Personally informed, the best way to contact Millsberry techs is through their email. If you do this the best thing to do if it concerns a glitch is to write in the subject line ....

Attention Tech's - (then the subject goes here) - glitch

example: Attention Tech's - lost items - glitch

millsberry@genmills.com"

There is also a feedback form that you can fill out
http://consumercontacts.generalmills.com/ConsolidatedContact.aspx?page=http://www.millsberry.com

This form will also go to the Millsberry staff. Make sure you select the proper subject area so the form is sent to the technicians.

I would also suggest that you start searching Yard Sales now for costumes. There are many that can still be found for good prices but if he waits until next halloween the prices will be significantly higher.

Good Luck and I'm sorry to hear that this happened.

It is a sign from up above that your kid should be outdoors playing instead of stairing at a computer screen.
