Jimmy Carter is just an obsessive old fashion anti-Semite, and a fool.
Like the Arab terrorists he is so fond of, Carter is not beyond making things up to further his cause of bashing Israel.

Israel and its supporters are always very quick to shout "Antisemite!" whenever somebody dares pointing out that they are a terrorist state, absolutely disregarding human rights, unless the victim is Israeli, and the most racist crowd on the planet.
I don't think Carter did even approach to say any of these things.
