I mean Ioved it, it was way better than batman beginings. This one actualy keept the storyline, unlike begginings, which i dont know where they got their story. In others hands, Louis, lies, I mean if you know that a man is not the father of your child why would you sit there and not tell him. maybe he wont care and still raise the kid, however dontcha suppose to be honest. I didnt like that!, Anyways they choose a handsome guy, to play superman, and I loved the story line. They could had a more climactic ending too. Overall, I will give it 9.5 out of 10. But what parts and what would you diferent about the movie, I really want to know.

it was ok. I disagree, I liked Batman Begins, because you got to understand the limits of what Batman would do, and what his whole deal is about.
With Superman Returns, I thought it was a mistake to make the child super. I felt that it would have been a better storyline if the kid was the fiance's!
The effects were good. I don't understand why NO characters thought it was strange that Superman and Clark Kent would re-appear at the same time, but oh well.
I feel the plot about the "land development" was kinda ehhhhh. Basically, the movies have made Lex Luthor into a really evil real estate agent (which is redundant, I know) rather than the villian that is supposed to be on par with Superman, planning evil for personal gain on a worldwide level. You know, taking over large countries, or firing lasers from the moon, or just trying to kill him to hurt the world!

I loved superman returns i only wished they had more action scenes like at the start with the plane but I'm sure they will do that for the next installment Superman: The Man of Steel (2009)

You know, I liked this movie. I would have gotten rid of the kid part because that will ruin a lot of things. It felt tacked on. I would want the original suit back. I look forward to the sequel.

I LOVED that movie. I can't believe how good this new guy (Brandon Routh) did as Superman. He had the same reactions as Christopher Reeve. It was a great movie!!!!!!!!! Superman could kick any other super hero's butt!!!!!

I thought it was awesome!!!
I was suprised that they took a unknown actor and put him in such a big role but he was great. I thought the movie was very well put together.
