I ask this because you think about this. A average Joe with no money would not get off the hook. Now if your Michael Jackson then you can get off the hook. Look at him Michael took off to some Country. Running away from his troubles. I think Michael is hiding someting.

Of course!!! I mean come on; all they had to do is give him a psychiatric evaluation and they could have went from there. If a child can describe your private parts? Then some thing went on. Michael won't pay on earth; but he will when he dies.
It's sad because he is a grown man and still dwells on the past. Everyone has gone through some; everyone has a story! Not just Michael. He uses his past as an excuse for his behavior. It didn't phase me any when the news reported how much pornography he had in his home. Most adolescent boys look at porn; Michael is obvious still stuck on the adolescents in his life. All you can do is pray for him, it's hard talking about this because it such touchy subject. I do think about and pray for the victims and the "unknown victims".

He didn't have to pay off anyone because he is innocent!! Yes an average Joe can get off the hook, I know a woman who admitted to having sex with a 12 year old numerous times and she got nothing for it!! You haters drove Michael out of the Country, he was not running away, he was trying to get some peace and quiet!! Michael Jackson would never hurt any child in any way because he knows what that's like, he wants every child to have what he didn't have!! The only people who should be locked up are the gold digging parents who tarnished Michael's name just to try to make a dishonest buck!!

He didn't have to...the kid's mother won the case for Jackson. She was the worst possible witness. No matter what you or I think...the law is ...innocent if there is reasonable doubt. And the mother's testimony raised all kinds of doubt, because she looked so bad.

No. In our system, it is the jury that makes the decision if he is guilty or innocent. He would have had to "buy off" twelve jurors, and then keep all of them quiet, because though he could not be retried for the original charge, he could still be charged with jury bribery, a felony.
He was found not guilty because the jury did not believe his accuser.

The family accusing him had in the past made false accusations about another molestation experience and none of them could get their stories straight. I personally do think Michael has done something wrong, just as I am pretty dang sure OJ did it, but the legal system sucks. I don't think it was his money that got him out of the allegations, I think it was that this family had a questionable past that casted doubt on their case.

i don't believe the did b/c the judge wasn't the one who decide weather of not he was innocent or guilty...it was the jury who choose that.. but i do believe that he got off because of the fact that he had money..come on now this is the infamous MICHAEL JACKSON..their whole family is known so of course he wasn't bout to do any time...then on toop of that most of the jury was jackson's fans..but i do think that michael jackson is molesting children..don't get me wrong i love his music and i am a HUGE fan...but think about it....these kids have btter things to do then 2 say mike stuck his ***** you get the idea+)

dude give it up, michael didnt molest those kids, plz those kids would of beat his #@$ if he tried they seen $$$ signs is all and tried to get them. michael is a kid inside is all. his father beat on him when he was a child and stole his childhood , this is how michael copes is being a big kid at heart.

Something corrupt happened, the man did so many bizarre things before during and after the trial. Something had to be going on. Maybe they told him if he left the country they would acquit him on the charges. Who knows, it seems questionable to me.
