Just split that up into 1/(4e^x) + (e^x / 4), or (e^-x + e^x)/4.

Then you can integrate to get (-e^-x + e^x)/4 + c, or (-1+e^2x)/(4e^x) + c.

First you prepare the function... write it so:

(1+e^(2x))/(4e^x) = (1/4)(e^(-x) + e^x)

Now the answer is easy: (1/4)(-e^(-x) + e^x)
